This clever freebie can retrieve files deleted from the Recycle Bin, though it tends to bury the results. Undelete Plus' organized interface is easy to work with. Simply select a drive to scan, or tick all the options if you're unsure of where the deleted file came from. The program instantly lists all of the files recently deleted from the drive. To narrow the results, you can filter the scan by indicating the file name, modify date, and file size. The application can successfully retrieve files as long as the system hasn't written over the deleted file's freed space.
Undelete Plus supports multiple languages. We weren't completely satisfied with the results, however. While the retrieved files were in the location we designated, they were buried three layers deep in weirdly named folders. At any rate, Undelete Plus does work in bringing those unwittingly discarded files back to life.
